Steak on the Grill

Enjoy a juicy grilled steak, baked potato and salad. Rosemary in the marinade makes this BBQ recipe especially healthy.

Serves 4

2 pounds beef steak
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic
4 baking potatoes

Directions
  1. In a plastic zip-close bag, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, pepper, rosemary and diced garlic. Place steak inside bag, close and shake to coat. Refrigerate.
  2. Heat grill.
  3. Scrub potato and wrap in foil. Place near the edge of the grill and cover grill. Bake until easily pierced with a fork (about 2 hours). Rotate every 30 minutes for even baking.
  4. When potatoes are done, grill steak. Serve with salad.
