1 pound & 8 ounces new potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 dash pepper
4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 cup canned green beans
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons margarine
4 side salads

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Scrub potatoes and place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over top and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  2. Drain most of the liquid from the canned beans and heat in a saucepan over medium heat until the liquid turns into steam. Turn heat off, add margarine and cover. Wait 3 minutes, stir margarine into beans and add lemon, stirring again. Serve with potatoes and salad.
