For Parents And Children
Children who receive lots of positive attention from the adults in their
lives are more likely to develop a clear system of values and live a
productive and satisfying life. Take a break from homework, housework, or
wasting time and have some fun together! (There will be learning, too!)
Make A Game – Spelling Concentration
Use index cards to create a game of concentration that
improves vocabulary and spelling skills. Each word requires two index
cards. On the first card, write the word. On the second card,
write the meaning of the word.
The game can be as easy or as difficult as your make it!
Make lots of card pairs or only a few. Use mastery words or find some
new words to learn.
