Storytellers of the old usually told their tales in the form of poetry. The reason is that rhymes are easier to remember than prose. How many rhymes or poems can you recite?

Following Directions – Backwards Day


Choose a simple activity that requires several steps. Making a peanut butter sandwich is a good example. Think of all the steps that are involved in the process. Now say the directions out loud – BACKWARDS!
