2 tablespoons sour cream


8 ounces tomatoes


1 dash dried oregano


8 sprigs fresh cilantro


10 ounces cooked turkey


4 ounces grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Spread sour cream evenly over pizza crust. Turn oven on to 400 degrees.

  2. Slice tomatoes very thin and lay on pizza crust. Sprinkle with oregano.

  3. Chop turkey and cilantro and sprinkle evenly over pizza. Cover with grated cheese and place in oven.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve with fresh fruit.
