Turkey Cilantro Pizza

Use a prebaked pizza crust and turn leftover turkey into an exciting pizza!
1 pizza crust
2 tablespoons sour cream
8 ounces tomatoes
1 dash dried oregano
8 sprigs fresh cilantro
10 ounces cooked turkey
4 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
4 servings fresh fruit
From kitchen to table in
- Spread sour cream evenly over pizza crust. Turn oven on to 400 degrees.
- Slice tomatoes very thin and lay on pizza crust. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Chop turkey and cilantro and sprinkle evenly over pizza. Cover with grated cheese and place in oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve with fresh fruit.
