Motivation - Act As If

The brain is an amazing network that responds in part due to chemicals and chemical reactions. Have you heard of endorphins and the "runner's high"? This is one of the most commonly known illustrations of how our actions can affect our moods.

Having a low-motivation day? Here's the message: You are more likely to act yourself into positive feelings than to feel yourself into positive actions. Clean something, do a good deed, complete a task you've been procrastinating are just a few ideas. What are some of your ideas? Tell us topics@whatsfordinner.net
