Acts Of Kindness – Pass It On

Make a plan to develop a chain of kindness that starts with you.  What could you do to make someone else’s life easier?  As you do the favor, tell the other person about your plan and ask that person to please pass on the goodwill by doing a favor for someone else.  Request that they inform the next person about the kindness chain.

How far will your chain reach?

Courage – What Makes You Brave?

Mark Twain summed it up when he quoted:

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear-not the absence of fear.

Have you ever felt nervous speaking in front of a crowd?  Were there butterflies in your stomach the first time you dove off the diving board or rode your bike down a steep hill?

Talk about times when you have done something even though you were scared.

What is the body language of a nervous person like?

You are brave!
