Remember the story of The Princess and the Pea? It was discovered that the
main character was in reality a princess because she could detect a little, tiny
pea buried under a pile of mattresses.
Were we to believe that it was her royal heritage that gave her such an
extreme sensitivity, or was it her pampered upbringing? Hmmmm.
