Grocery Shopping List for Spaghetti

Directions

  1. Spread margarine on sliced French bread, wrap in foil and place in a 400 degree oven.
  2. Place ground beef in a skillet and brown over medium heat, stirring often.
  3. Meanwhile, start water boiling in a large saucepan for pasta.
  4. Drain the fat off the ground beef and return to skillet.
  5. Add tomato sauce to ground beef and
continue cooking on a medium-low setting.
  6. Add Italian dressing, vinegar, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, Italian seasonings, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Stir occasionally.
  7. When water begins to boil, add pasta and cook according to package directions. (A properly cooked strand of spaghetti will stick when flung onto a wall - I loved this part when my mom taught me!)
  8. Drain and rinse pasta. Serve with sauce, bread and prepared salad.
