Savory Pork Chops with Deli Potato Salad

These simmered pork chops are so tender they melt in your mouth. With a side of potato salad from the deli, your dinner is easy and yummy.

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

4 pork chops
1 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon ranch salad dressing
1 clove garlic
1 dash pepper
1 dash dried oregano
1 dash dried cilantro
12 ounces canned green beans
1 pound deli potato salad

Directions

  1. Mix together tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, Ranch salad dressing, garlic, pepper, oregano and cilantro.
  2. Place pork chops in a shallow pan with a lid. Pour sauce over top.
  3. Heat to boiling, then cover and reduce to lowest temperature.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and turn burner up to medium.
  6. Place green beans in a saucepan and heat on medium. Season as desired.
  7. Serve with deli potato salad.
