Fun, Educational Activities For Parents And Children
Children who receive lots of positive attention from the adults in their lives are more likely to develop a clear system of values and live a productive and satisfying life. Take a break from homework, housework, or wasting time and have some fun together! (There will be learning, too!)

Weather and local geography permitting, find a ball and a tall structure such as a house.  Divide the players into even teams and position the teams on opposite sides of the house.

One team starts with the ball and shouts out, “Ollie, Ollie over”, and throws the ball over the roof to the other side.

The team members on the other side, try to catch the ball as it comes over the roof.  The player who succeeds in catching the ball throws it back to the first team with the shout, “Ollie, Ollie over”.
