For Parents And Children
Children who receive lots of positive attention from the adults in their
lives are more likely to develop a clear system of values and live a
productive and satisfying life. Take a break from homework, housework, or
wasting time and have some fun together! (There will be learning, too!)
Bugs - Have A Scavenger Hunt
How many bugs can you find? They don't have to be live
bugs. So besides looking in corners and under rocks, find some bugs in
books, toy bugs, draw pictures of bugs, or search the internet. Set a
time limit, be fair about taking turns using resources (such as the
computer), and get buggy.
Who found the most insects or insect examples? By the way, you
don't need to physically collect the live insects, just make a note of what
they are and where you found them.
