Pork and Rice in Mustard Sauce

- Pour olive oil into a skillet. Place pork chop in skillet and brush Worcestershire sauce
over the top.
Turn heat on to medium and brown one side. Turn and brown second side.
- Remove chop from pan, turn off heat and stir flour into pan drippings.
Add chicken broth, mustard and pepper, stir to mix.
- Dice onion and garlic and add to skillet. Stir in instant rice.
Return pork chop to skillet and cover.
- Turn heat to medium-low and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the moisture.
- Serve with salad.
