Pork and Rice in Mustard Sauce

olive oil

Worcestershire sauce
flour
chicken broth
mustard
pepper
onion
garlic
instant rice
side salad


Grocery Shopping List for Pork and Rice in Mustard Sauce

Directions

  1. Pour olive oil into a skillet. Place pork chop in skillet and brush Worcestershire sauce over the top. Turn heat on to medium and brown one side. Turn and brown second side.
  2. Remove chop from pan, turn off heat and stir flour into pan drippings. Add chicken broth, mustard and pepper, stir to mix.
  3. Dice onion and garlic and add to skillet. Stir in instant rice. Return pork chop to skillet and cover.
  4. Turn heat to medium-low and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the moisture.
  5. Serve with salad.
