Pork Noodle Stir Fry

angel hair pasta
olive oil
cauliflower
red pepper
green pepper
onion
soy sauce
citrus-flavored salad dressing
dried mustard
water
cornstarch
pepper
broccoli
cooked pork

Grocery Shopping List for Pork Noodle Stir Fry

Directions

  1. Slice cauliflower, red and green peppers and onion. Set aside.
  2. Heat water in a large saucepan on high for pasta.
  3. In a wok or skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat until hot.
  4. Add chopped vegetables to skillet and stir until tender-crisp. Turn heat to low.
  5. In a beaker, mix together soy sauce, salad dressing, dried mustard and water. Stir in cornstarch and mix until blended.
  6. Pour over vegetables in wok. Sprinkle with pepper. Add broccoli, cooked pork and snow peas.
  7. Break pasta and place in boiling water. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  8. Turn heat under wok back to medium. Stir until sauce is thickened.
  9. Drain and rinse pasta. Pour sauce and vegetables over and serve.
