Directions

  1. Drain and rinse pinto beans.
  2. Heat in a saucepan with olive oil, tomato sauce, diced chilies, salsa, vinegar, Ranch dressing, cumin and cilantro.
  3. Chop onion, lettuce and tomato.
  4. Layer beans, cheese, onion, lettuce and tomato into split pita bread.
