Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

2 pounds (approximately) ribeye bone-in roast
8 ounces carrots
8 ounces celery
8 ounces onions
4 ounces green bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 pound potatoes
8 ounces tomato
2 leaves fresh tarragon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions
  1. Calculate start time by determining the cooking time of the roast beef plus 15 minutes from serving time.

  2. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Place roast in oven bag and into a roasting pan.
  3. Chop vegetables and place in bag with the roast.
  4. Dissolve dry mustard in lemon juice and pour into bag over meat. Seal bag according to package directions. Cover roasting pan and bake.
  5. Remove meat and vegetables from bag and arrange on a platter to serve.
