Change the Serving Size
1 pound ground beef
2 cups dry macaroni
2 cups tomato sauce
4 cups water
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 dash red pepper flakes
2 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 sliced green onions

Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain off fat. Add macaroni, tomato sauce, water, salsa, Italian
salad dressing and red pepper flakes. Stir to mix.
- Heat to boiling, cover and reduce heat to lowest setting.
- Simmer covered until pasta is tender (about 20 minutes).
Stir occasionally.
- Uncover and heat on medium until thickened. Stir frequently.
- Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green
onion.
