So far, in this life of mine, I've held a variety of different jobs.
The jobs that were merely a paycheck, scant reward for hours of uninspiring
drudge work (inventory control at a garden supply store...25 garden hoses
received... 8 sprinklers sold....YAWN!). The opportunity to build
organizational and people skills (management positions). The rewarding
years I spent shaping the youth of tomorrow (elementary school teacher).
And now the chance to nurture my own dream working with my son Alex on

Without a doubt, those jobs that required creativity and gave the reward
of personal growth were my favorites. Which careers do you think would

Exploring Texture
I'll admit it, I'm a texture eater. I'm not fond
of shellfish because of the springy texture. I love nuts and raw
carrots because of the crunch. I must have Freestone peaches instead
of Cling because of the difference in texture.
What are some of your preferences regarding food texture? Have a
