No-Bake Berry CheesecakeNo-Bake Berry Cheesecake - Blend soft cream cheese with whipped topping and fill a pre-made graham cracker crust. Top with berries.

No-Bake Berry Cheesecake

Yield 8 slices

From kitchen to table in

1 prepared graham cracker crust
16 ounces soft cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
4 ounces whipped topping
blueberries
raspberries
strawberries

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and whipped topping with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Pour into graham cracker crust and spread to smooth. 
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firmly set.
  4. Decorate with berries.
