Grill-Baked Potatoes with Ham Kabobs

Ready for the table in 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on type of grill

potato
pineapple juice
mustard
soy sauce
cornstarch
pepper
ginger
allspice
ham
onion
green pepper
pineapple
mango
skewers

Grocery Shopping List for Grill Baked Potatoes with Ham Kabobs

Directions

  1. Prepare BBQ grill.
  2. Scrub potatoes and wrap in foil.
  3. Place potatoes on grill and cover.
  4. After cooking for about 30 minutes turn potatoes
  5. Turn again in another 20 minutes.
  6. When potatoes allow a fork to enter easily, prepare kabobs.
  7. Mix together pineapple juice, mustard and soy sauce. Stir in cornstarch. Add pepper, ginger and allspice. Mix well.
  8. Heat in a saucepan until slightly thickened. Set aside.
  9. Cut ham, vegetables and fruit into chunks and place on skewer.
  10. Move potatoes to the edges of the grill and lay kabobs onto grill and brush with sauce.
  11. When brown on one side, turn and brush again with sauce.
  12. Serve kabobs with remaining sauce for dipping alongside baked potatoes.
