Easy Ham and Rice Bake

Bake this easy recipe of ham, rice, broccoli and cheese soup casserole.

Serves 4

Change the Serving Size

1 cup water
1 cup instant rice
8 ounces broccoli
6 ounces ham
1 can cheese soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon margarine
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
non-stick cooking spray

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan with a lid, heat water on high.
  2. When water reaches boiling, add rice. Cover tightly and reduce heat to the lowest setting.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Chop broccoli and ham and combine with cheese soup, sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  5. Add rice and stir to mix.
  6. Pour mixture into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Melt margarine and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
