Cranberry Apple Crisp

Topping
1/2 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 cup quick oats
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

1. Rinse and sort cranberries.  Place in a mixing bowl.
2. Peel and core apples.  Cut into slices.
3. Combine cranberries, apple slices sugar, flour and cinnamon and mix well. 
4. Spray a square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and fill with cranberry and apple mixture.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. .Blend flour and butter or margarine together until crumbly.  Add oats and mix again.
6. Pour honey and walnuts over oat mixture and stir to completely blend.
7. Spread topping evenly onto cranberry and apple mixture.  Place in hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
