Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
1 chocolate cake mix
8 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
1 can chocolate frosting
1/4 cup peanut butter baking chips
non-stick cooking spray

Directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray cake pans with non-stick cooking
spray.
- Dump cake mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add peanut butter, olive oil, water and
eggs.
- Using an electric mixer, blend ingredients
on low speed. Turn speed up to high and
beat an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour half the batter into each cake pan.
Use a wooden spoon or spatula to spread batter
evenly in the pans.
- Place in hot oven. Bake for 30 minutes
or until cake begins to pull away from the sides
of the pan and the cake springs back when
pressed lightly in the center with your finger.
- Remove cake from pans and allow to cool.
- Spread frosting across the flat surface of one half the cake.
Place the second half on top. Frost the sides and then the top.
Garnish with peanut butter baking chips.
