instant rice
extra lean ground beef
tomato sauce
red wine vinegar
Italian seasonings
garlic salt
pepper
cottage cheese
grated Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
non-stick cooking spray
Grocery Shopping List for Cheesy Rice Balls
Directions
In a saucepan, heat water on high until boiling. Stir in rice, reduce heat to low and cover.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, tomato sauce, vinegar, Italian seasonings, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
Turn oven on to 400 degrees.
Add cheeses and bread crumbs to meat along with cooked rice. Mix everything thoroughly.
Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Using an ice cream scoop, drop meat and rice mixture onto broiler pan and shape into balls.
Bake in hot oven until cooked through.
Serve with salad.
