Blueberry Bread Pudding
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
4 slices bread
1 cup fresh blueberries
cinnamon sugar

Directions.
- With an electric mixer, beat butter and
sugar together. Add egg and beat again
until fluffy. Stir in milk and set aside.
- Turn oven on to 375 degrees to preheat.
- Cut bread crumbs into small cubes and place
in a large mixing bowl. Stir milk mixture
and pour over bread crumbs. Allow to set
for 5 minutes.
- Fold blueberries into softened bread crumbs.
- Pour batter into an ungreased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until
golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes and spoon out with a
spatula.
